Purchasing from our online shop
Take some time to browse our online shop. If you see anything you'd like to purchase, simply add the items to your shopping cart. When you have finished looking, click on ‘Checkout' and you will be asked for your details in order to complete the order.
We use Paypal for our payments, so you can either pay through your paypal account or using any of the major credit or debit cards. If you are from outside the UK, your card company will convert your transaction from your currency to United Kingdon currency.
If you have any problems in shopping online, then please contact us and we will help in any way we can. When we receive confirmation of your order, we will confirm that receipt to you and we will send an invoice for your items.

Delivery Schedule
Orders will be sent out by the following working day at the latest. If there are any postal problems, we will inform you by email. UK orders should get to you within 7 days (subject to Royal Mail). International orders should generally arrive within 14 days. We will email you when your order has been sent to you.

Returns Policy
You as a customer are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund including the price of delivery. This is done by emailing us or by telephone, quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the goods you are sending.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault, if for example, the goods are fault or not accurately described.
